At Ruhi Hand Block Printer, we take pride in offering authentic handcrafted hand block printed products. As our products are handmade and produced in limited quantities, we follow a strict return and refund policy. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return / No Exchange Policy

We follow a No Return / No Exchange policy for all products sold on our website.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as:
    • Change of mind
    • Color or design preference
    • Size or fabric expectations
    • Minor variations inherent to handcrafted products

Hand block printed textiles may have slight variations in color, print, or texture, which are natural characteristics of handmade products and should not be considered defects.

Eligible Returns (Only in Case of Damage or Defect)

A return or replacement will be considered only if:

  • The product received is physically damaged, or
  • The product is defective at the time of delivery

No other return or refund requests will be entertained.

Mandatory Parcel Opening Video (Required)

To be eligible for a damage or defect claim:

  • Customers must record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel
  • The video must show:
    • The unopened parcel with shipping label visible
    • The complete unboxing process
    • The damaged or defective product clearly

❌ Claims without an unboxing/opening video will not be accepted
❌ Edited or partial videos will not be considered valid proof

Reporting a Damage or Defect

  • Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Customers must share:
    • Order ID
    • Unboxing video
    • Clear details of the issue

Requests raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • We may offer:
    • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
    • An alternative resolution at our discretion

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • In case of an approved return due to damage or defect, return shipping instructions will be shared with the customer
