5. No Return / No Exchange Policy (IMPORTANT)

Eligible Cases for Return (Only Exception):

6. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video Requirement

To be eligible for any damage or defect claim:

  • Customers must record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The unopened parcel
    • Shipping label
    • Opening process
    • The damaged or defective product

❌ Claims without an opening video will NOT be accepted.
❌ Images or edited videos will not be considered valid proof.

7. Return Approval Process

  • Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share the unboxing video and order details via our official support channels.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or resolution at our discretion.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
